Using every piece of land for appropriate development plays the biggest role. The proper use of all the land, especially managing the urban land according to the modern fair system and achieving the target goal, has the biggest place. It takes teamwork to do it. We have started moving in a new spirit to change the bad name and bring tangible results by establishing a better operating system to identify problems in the sector. Addis Ababa city serves as the capital of the federal government and the African Union and the seat of many international communities. Therefore, it is not a matter of time to work to make the city modern and competitive.
